Beginner Chill & Spicy groups are co-ed. Advanced Chill group is women only.
RSVP is mandatory to help ride leaders know how large the group will be.
Check website by 4 pm for any ride cancellations in case of questionable weather.
Be prepared to show proof of membership (digital card or email receipt) if asked.

When you arrive to your first ride, our Leaders are there to help. Seek out a smiling face in an NSRide Jersey if you have questions or need to be pointed in the right direction.
