NSRIDE TAP Trail Day #3
NSRIDE is excited to be part of the NSMBA Trail Adoption Plan (TAP) once again in 2013 (http://nsmba.ca/trail-adoption-plan). Together, NSRIDE and Different Bikes have adopted three trails on the lower part of Mt. Seymour: Bottle Top, Empress Bypass and Empress.
NSRIDE has committed to providing approximately 8 or 15 volunteers (depending on the amount of work to be done on any given trail day) for 6 trail days throughout the 2013 riding season. We are depending on members from the club to come out and help us improve these trails.
The trail days will take place on April 20, May 04, June 09, July 13, Sept. 08 & one day in Sept. or October. (exact date to be determined later)
Brent Hillier and Dan Lui will be our TAP leaders.
A shopping spree discount of 25 %** will be provided to all trail day volunteers by our great bike shop sponsor, Different Bikes. ** exceptions may apply.
As well a draw for a heavily discounted (pro-deal) bike at Different Bikes. will take place at every trail day.
Anyone can volunteer for a trail day. No trail building experience is necessary.
What to bring with you: A small backpack, sturdy shoes or hiking/work boots, water and work gloves (if you have a pair).
