All shirts are printed on-demand using a plot printing process which has a shinny smooth feel. All orders are shipped out of the USA and larger orders may be subject to duty. Usually if your ordering just a few items (1-3) no duty is charged. I orded a test shirt and was charged no duty and I've been selling patriotic Canadian designs with this company for 10 years.
