I fell off my bike on Bear Mountain three weeks ago today and dislocated my shoulder. I want to say a big thank you to our ride leaders on the day especially John and Ken who got me, my bike and my car home safely. The whole thing was carried out very professionally and I was very happy to hold ice packs on my shoulder whilst Ken drove me home. I can't thank you enough or the support I got from the rest of the group. The shoulder is healing painfully slowly but oh well, it could have been worse.
