The NSRide crew hopes to see you out on Sunday for a fantastic day on Mt. Seymour. Meet at Different Bikes at Parkgate at 9am for some coffee and muffin/donut and a ride up to the worksite. Get some exercise, meet some friends and do your part. We'll be serving a delicious pizza lunch with lots of salads and home baked treats to keep your energy levels up.
