Hi
Well, I didn't see this happening so quick. If you were thinking of going and didn't sign up, unfortunately you have missed the boat. It's now officially sold out. If for some reason a spot opens we will let you know.

Thanks Sheldon

Hi

Spent the weekend scoping out new trails over in Cumberland this weekend and found some really fun new stuff and different ways to get to the classics. The gentlemen who created Bear Buns, have a new trail called Thirsty Beaver. Really fun wood work.
On Sunday we were joined by Jeremy Payne the owner of the bike shop on Hornby and we spent the day riding Forbidden Plateau. Again we found some new stuff and had a really good ride.

Seeing as Thursday is the arrival day at the Hostel you may want to look at using Thursday as a excuse to spend the day riding the trails over on Hornby. You pass the ferry on the way to Cumberland. Jeremy will be more than happy to provide maps and make suggestions for the best trails. The trails on Hornby are fast and flowy and have really great views. They are really well signed as well.

The rides on Cumberland and Forbidden are going to around the 4 to 6 hour range. I strongly suggest that along with the Power Bars and Cliff Shots, you bring real food. Sandwiches, nuts.... It will also be pretty hot. Lots of water and electrolyte replacement are a must. It's going to be a fun weekend.

Thanks Sheldon

It sounds like the interest this year was really high. Last year was an awesome time and I wish I could lead again this year but can't. Have a good one!
