2 weeks ago on one of the Thursday rides someone was asking me about the trail in Stanley park, here is the info.
Stanley Park has lots of large wide gravel trails, but if you’re looking for some single track there are a few routes. There are a ton of single track foot trails through the wooded interior of the park, I’ve spent hours exploring them. The mass majority go nowhere, die out or are impassable by bike. This route is probly the best trail in the park and riding it North to south is almost all downhill. The first section is flat but has a bunch of wood obstacles built up.

Directions:
From Prospect Point, take the “Bridal path” gravel trail, take a right when you
reach “Rawlings Trail”, then a left onto “Thompson Trail. About 100m down
“Thompson” Trail you will see a trail going off to the right.
